- Online booking or quote requests in the tool that fits your business (Jane, Square, Calendly, Jobber…), linked from your site and Google profile
- Digital intake or job form that replaces paper, with an automatic confirmation email
- Automatic appointment reminders by email or text, through your booking tool
- One automation between your tools, e.g. new booking → your client list or accounting, so nothing is typed twice
- One-hour training session and a short “how to update it” guide
- 60 days of support after launch

Updates, backups and security checks, a monthly test that your forms and booking still work, and up to 1 hour of changes each month. Cancel any time.

- Monthly subscriptions: domain (about $25/year), business email (about $9/user/month), your booking tool (free to about $100/month)
- Logo or brand design, and professional photography
- Writing your content from scratch: you send your notes and photos, we edit and lay them out
- Online store / e-commerce, and paid advertising
- Custom software features: those are quoted separately as a project
- Changes after the support period, unless you choose the Care Plan

Questions
Why is this cheaper than your custom software projects?
Because we don’t build custom software here. We set up proven tools (a website platform, your booking tool, your email) and connect them properly. That’s the right start for a new business; custom software comes later, if you ever need it.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. It’s built on a platform you can edit, in your own account. Launch Complete includes a one-hour training session, and the Care Plan covers up to an hour of changes a month if you’d rather not.
Who owns the website and accounts?
You do: the domain, the accounts and the content are in your name. If you stop working with us, nothing is held hostage.
Which booking tool will you use?
The one that fits your business and budget. Clinics often use Jane, salons and shops often use Square, and trades often use Jobber. We recommend one on the first call, and you pay its subscription directly.
My business opened more than a year ago. Can I still get this?
Launch prices are for businesses in their first year. If you’ve been open longer, book a call anyway: we’ll quote a fixed price for what you actually need.
What do you need from me?
Your services and prices, opening hours, a few photos, your logo if you have one, and about 30 minutes to review the draft. We handle the rest.
